Crafted by artists and artisans from Granada, we present this magnificent framed piece, made with pure lazurite (micronised lapis lazuli stone), using the traditional egg tempera technique. The gilding is applied using methods from the Nasrid period, always with 24-carat gold leaf. The frame is made exclusively from natural woods, hand-polished with pure beeswax to provide a smooth and refined finish
These exquisite plasterwork pieces, inspired by the Alhambra, are entirely handmade by master artisans from Granada. Their delicate and captivating technique can be appreciated in the accompanying photographs.
These reproductions are not exact copies of original works found in the Alhambra, but rather reinterpretations that evoke their style. This approach avoids the falsification of historical designs while introducing new decorative elements that transport the viewer to the essence of the Alhambra without directly replicating it.
